Application error, application unable to start correctly (0xc0000022)

I have a copy on my phone and on the computer to see.

I understand that you are facing application Error 0xc0000022 as you have a copy on your phone and on the computer. I would request you to please follow the steps:

Check Application Permissions

  • Locate the application icon.
  • Right‑click → select Run as administrator.
  • If it works, adjust permanent settings:
  • Right‑click → Properties → Compatibility tab.
  • Check Run this program as administrator → Apply.

Reinstall the Application

  • Press Windows + R, type appwiz.cpl, and hit Enter.
  • Find the application → Uninstall.
  • Restart your PC.
  • Download the latest version from the official site.
  • Install and test again.

Run in Compatibility Mode

  • Right‑click the application icon → Properties.
  • Go to the Compatibility tab.
  • Check Run this program in compatibility mode for:
  • Select an earlier Windows version (e.g., Windows 7 or 8).
  • Apply and test.

Check System Files

  • Press Windows + S, type cmd.
  • Right‑click Command Prompt → Run as administrator.
  • Type:
  • Code
  • sfc /scannow
  • Wait for the scan to complete.
  • Restart your PC if repairs were made.

Update Drivers

  • Press Windows + X → Device Manager.
  • Expand Display adapters and System devices.
  • Right‑click each → Update driver → Search automatically.
  • Restart after updates.
