Hi, 

I got my laptop yesterday he work fine but the problem is battery is drains very quickly and when is near to 20 percent drains withen a minutes

Let’s get a bit more information.
Which operating system is the computer running?

Try setting the power plan to Balanced.
If that doesn’t help, boot into Safe Mode and observe the behavior. If the battery behaves normally there, then something running in the background — a program or possibly malware — is draining the battery.
