Product: HP EliteBook 8460p Base Model Notebook PC

HI. I got a laptop a few months ago, and I want to enable virtual technology in the bios. But I didn't get a password on the box either, I tried typing the numbers under the laptop and under the battery but none of them worked. What should I do?

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

 

4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs nor any other safety measures.

For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
