Hi @YoginaM, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your battery might be draining faster than expected, even with minimal use. Here are a few things you can try to improve battery life on your HP Envy 360:

Check Battery Usage: Go to Settings > System > Power & Battery > Battery Usage to see which apps or processes are consuming more power. This will help identify if there’s any background activity draining the battery.

Adjust Power Settings: Ensure you're using the Power Saver or Balanced power plan rather than High Performance. You can change this in Settings > System > Power & Battery > Power Mode.

Disable Background Apps: Some apps might be running in the background without your knowledge. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Background Apps and disable unnecessary apps.

Update Drivers and BIOS: Sometimes, outdated drivers or BIOS can cause power management issues. Visit HP's support page and check if there are any updates available for your drivers or BIOS.

Adjust Display Settings: Lowering the screen brightness can significantly help save battery. You can also enable Night Light mode to reduce power consumption from your display.

Disable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi: If you're not using them, turning off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi can help reduce battery usage.

Check for Malware or Unwanted Processes: Sometimes, background processes or malware can cause excessive battery drain. Run a full scan with Windows Defender or another trusted antivirus program.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
