HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I cannot get my HP laptop to load windows.  Everytime I turn it on, I get either the HP logo and spinning wheel or it says "Preparing Automatic Repair" with the spinning wheel.  I have tried changing settings in BIOS, System Recovery, going to the Boot menu, trying to resinstall Windows 11 from a USB drive, diskpart via Command Prompt, etc., etc.  When I ran diagnostics, it shows that my harddrive and memory (and the other hardware (other than the battery)) are fine.  The computer does turn on and stays on when plugged in, but I can't do anything.  Please help!

What issue are you getting when trying to install Windows using a bootable USB? Exactly how are you trying to install it?

Is there any important data on your laptop that you need to keep?
