Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to get into my desktop but it’s talking about a recovery key code and I don’t have that

See this link for how to recover the BitLocker recovery key.

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

If that doesn't help, you will need to reinstall Windows on the drive.

 

All data currently on the drive is encrypted and forever lost without the BitLocker recovery key.
