Black Screen

So I am having issues with my HP Envy Window 11 laptop, my screen is completely black. It turns on and off. I can even see the keyboard light. It makes sound, when it turns on and when notifications comes through. I connected it to my monitor, with the help of AI chat and  I was able to have my Home Screen on my monitor, but nothing would open. Now, somehow, it’s not working. My laptop is completely black. I need help. My school is about to start and I don’t have the money to fix it.
