@Amit006, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're dealing with a blank screen issue on an HP Laptop 15-dalxxx series. Let's troubleshoot step by step to identify the root cause and try to revive it:

🔧 Basic Check First:

  • Do you hear fan noise or see any indicator lights?
  • Does the power light come on?
  • Any beeps or flashing LED patterns? Let me know — these are key signs to help us diagnose.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting:

1. Hard Reset (Power Drain)

This resolves many blank screen issues caused by residual charge.

  • Turn off the laptop (press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds).
  • Unplug the charger and remove the battery (if removable).
  • Hold the power button for 30 seconds.
  • Reconnect the battery and charger.
  • Try turning it on again.

2. External Display Test

This checks if the screen is faulty or if the system is not booting.

  • Connect the laptop to an external monitor or TV via HDMI.
  • Turn on the laptop.
  • Press Windows + P a few times and wait to see if the display appears on the external monitor.
  • If the external display works: your laptop screen, backlight, or cable might be faulty.

3. BIOS Recovery (Blind BIOS Reset)

If the screen is totally blank with no HP logo or flicker:

  • Turn off the laptop.
  • Hold Windows key + B, then press and hold the power button.
  • After 3–5 seconds, release the power button but keep holding Win + B for another 5 seconds.
  • If the BIOS recovery screen appears, follow the on-screen instructions.

4. RAM Reseat (if you're comfortable opening the back panel)

Faulty or loose RAM is a common cause of blank screens.

  • Power off and disconnect everything.
  • Remove the back cover (check your model’s guide).
  • Carefully remove and reinsert the RAM sticks.
  • Try booting again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
