Bought a HP Charger recently but no longer works

I bought a charger for my HP Envy X360 back in April but it no longer works. I think it's quite poor that I've had a charger only for less than 2 months and it already does not work. Is there warranty attached? Or can I get a replacement?

I can provide the DZ S/N number on the charger but I have nothing else: D90W20045024M09R.A
