Once again, I am having trouble deleting a device from HP Support Assistant. What I did last time isn't working now. I opened the app and logged on. I clicked on My Profile, and three devices appeared, one of which I no longer own. I clicked on the little X beside it, and two options came up. I tried both of them several times, but my device is still there. How do I get rid of it?

Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller from its official site and install it. Launch Revo, find HP Support Assistant in the list, and select it.
Click Uninstall, then choose Advanced mode, let it scan for leftovers, select all detected files, folders, and registry keys, and delete them one by one. Restart your PC afterward to clear any lingering processes

Now, Download and install the latest HP Support Assistant. Install and log in, your device list should now sync fresh without the old entry. If it still show, this time you should be able to remove it
