I have an HP Pavillion Laptop Model # 15-cs0057od, Product ID 4NL51UA. I have been having my laptop serviced by a company called GotYour Back Services. Does anyone know if this company is legitimate? I am wondering if they have installed any malware or taken any data? Apparently, they are recommended by another company PC HelpSoft. I have also installed their software, PC Cleaner Pro. Are these products and services safe to use?

Were it mine to do, I'd never install "cleaner" software on my systems.

I'd never install any software from a company I don't know.

You have answered your own question in part:

You don't know these people and you don't know what you have installed on your system.

Asking us is a sign that you, too, are unsure whether any of this is a good idea.

Unfortunately,

There is no way for us to know whether they have installed malware or "taken" your data.

Someone might answer here and say, "Sure, we know so-and-so."

Suggestion

Search the net for others who have had experience with the companies you name.

Personally, I'd scrub my system and call my bank.

That is me -- I am old and suspicious by nature.
