I have two USB C ports on the back. Are any of them a DP port?

To clarify: whilst your OMEN by HP 45L (Product: 6M9S8AV) does have two USB-C ports on the back, these are USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports and do not support DisplayPort Alt Mode (i.e., video output over USB-C).
Here’s why:
The FrostbreathOC motherboard in this model provides USB-C ports for data transfer and power delivery only, not video output. These ports are wired through the chipset, not directly to the graphics card or iGPU, which is required for DisplayPort-over-USB-C functionality.
If You Want to Output Display:
To output display from your system, you’ll need to use:
The DisplayPort or HDMI outputs directly on your discrete GPU (e.g., your Nvidia or AMD graphics card).
If you're trying to connect to a USB-C monitor, you can use a DisplayPort-to-USB-C or HDMI-to-USB-C adapter -but make sure your monitor supports video input over USB-C, not just charging.
Let me know what GPU you have and what display you're trying to connect -I’d be happy to suggest the best adapter or cable for your setup.
Kind Regards,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
According to the specs, yes, your HP FrostbreathOC motherboard has one Display Port (DP): https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_7874656-7874882-16.
With this caveat, though -quote: "The configuration might vary depending on your model."
