Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We have checked the case details for your service request. At the moment, the system only shows that the quotation was sent, but it does not show any payment confirmation for the case. Because of this, the technician is unable to proceed with the on-site visit.

To resolve this quickly, we request that you share the payment invoice/receipt with the HP support team so that it can be updated in the case file.

You may share it with the same team that contacted you, or provide it to the on-site technician so it can be verified and the visit can be arranged immediately.

Once the payment proof is updated in the case, the technician will be aligned for service without any further delay.

If you have the invoice available, please share it so we can help get this resolved faster.
