I have problems when i try to formatting my external ssd disk (P500) 1TB

when i formatted the disk and then unplugged it and plugged again the information is back i can't use it 

i try with linux SO and Windows SO and problem is still present, what can i do? cause i think it have phisycal damage cause nothing happen 

My pc reconigze the disk and i can view information contained but i can´t delete it or formatting to save other things

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Check Connections:

Try a different USB cable and port.

Test the SSD on another computer to see if the problem persists.

 

Check for Errors:

Open Command Prompt (admin) and type: chkdsk X: /f (Replace X: with your SSD letter).

If it fails, the drive may be physically damaged.

Hi thanks for your response, sorry i'm late with answers

 

I had tryed with differents ports and cable before and other pc, laptops too and problem is still present

 

This is the log that i received when use the cmd promt  chkdsk X: /f

 

C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk 😧 /f /r
The type of the file system is exFAT.
Volume Serial Number is DA22-8A96
Windows is verifying files and folders...
Volume label is HP Orii.
Cleaning up minor inconsistencies on the drive.
Corruption was found while examining files in directory \W11_img\ (6).
An error occurred while examining files and directories.
An error occurred while examining files and directories.
Corruption was found while examining files and directories.
Corruption was found while examining the volume bitmap.
Windows is verifying file allocations...
The disk does not have enough space to replace bad clusters
detected in file \don_v3.adi of name 1993596.
Corruption was found while examining files in directory \ (13).
An error occurred while recovering lost files.

 

Then the USB suddenly got's unplugged
