Every order declined

I keep trying to order through hp.com after Bread approved me for financing but every single order is declined with this email: 

We are unable to accept your order. We thank you for your interest in HP products and recommend you look for your desired HP products at a retailer near you.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your interest in HP products.
