HP Sales line are extremely helpful and effective.  However delivery of my order was via Parcel Force.  I have experienced bad delivery issues with Parcel Force before and on this occasion they did the same thing again... They say I am out when in fact I was in !!  They have failed to locate my house and then drive away only to lie about not being able to make the delivery.  They have a disgraceful attitude compared to all other couriers.  Please use DPD or similar who always deliver on time.  I have still not received the computer !!

Parcelforce continue to be useless.  They have now had 3 opportunities to deliver the HP computer and failed on each occasion.  HP cannot afford to deal with Parcelforce and be let down in this way.  A very irritated customer results from Parcelforce's incompetence. Time to cancel the order purely because of the chosen courier.

Unfortunately, the Case ID you provided appears to be incorrect, as I was unable to find any information associated with it. Could you please share the serial number of the unit via private message?

Hiya, The case ref was Edited. It was purely the use of Parcel Force to deliver the item that was the problem. The order was cancelled and a refund has been received.  A new order was raised and the fantastic sales team responded to the previous delivery problems incurred and the new order was despatched by DPD and arrived next day.
