Product: HP Omnibook Ultraflip
My HP OmniBook Ultra Flip has a display issue where the external monitor shows only a mouse cursor, with no desktop or windows content. This occurs when using my HP USB-C Universal Dock, despite its drivers and firmware being reinstalled and the dock functioning correctly with other laptops. When it's connect to a direct USB-C to HDMI cable, not even a cursor shows up.
I verified that all windows and bios updates are applied. The issue persists.
