Hi I cannot use facial recognition on my laptop, also the camera does not work in other apps I have tried for several days to find drivers for the built in camera for my HP Envy. Very frustrating can anyone help as I need the use of the camera for zoom meetings etc. When I go into device manager the only driver I see is USB cam I have checked everything even the key on the on the keyboard, the biometrics has a driver installed

What is your machine ? You need a machine with IR/3D camera to be to use Windows Hello (Face Recognition). Does your machine have IR/3D camera ?
Regards.
