I bought a USB-C G5 Essential Dock in April 2023.  The network port and USB ports work.  However, I am having issues with the display ports and HDMI port.  It does not recognize the monitors plugged into the dock.  When I try to look up the serial number on hp.com, it says it does not exist.  I have tried updating drivers but am having no luck.

What is your COMPUTER ? Looks like its USB-C port is NOT compatible with the dock.

The computer is an Omen 17t-ck100.  It worked fine when I bought it, so I am not sure that is the issue.  I have seen a lot on here about updating the firmware but not a lot of traction there either.
