Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb3000 (A8RU1AV)

Hi I purchased HP Victus last april 19. After I registered on the cashback promotions I received an email that the invoice I submitted cannot be read so I tried to resubmit again but I don't know that it's only one time that I can register my claims. How can I get my cashback now? This is the reason why I bought from HP.
