Your PC does have support for a PCie x16 graphics card but the low wattage (180W) power supply it has was not designed to support a high performing graphics card.
You could install a Nvidia GT 1030 GDDR5 low profile graphics card with the existing power supply, but anything more powerful than that would require a power supply upgrade, and you would have to check the dimensions of the card you may want to install with the clearance inside the case.
The GT1030 would be better than the onboard Intel HD graphics adapter.

I can't help you with upgrading the power supply or installing a more powerful graphics card than the GT1030.
I only install supported devices that would work with the original equipment.
