My version needs to not have a 0 as the third digit in the version of the TPM in order to play a game so I need to go to a version that has a 0 as the third digit

  • Could you confirm the current TPM version installed on your device?
  • Are you running Windows 10 or Windows 11?
  • Could you kindly confirm the exact model number ?
  • Which game are you trying to play ?

With these details, I’ll be able to guide you on whether a BIOS update or TPM firmware update is available for your model.
