Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi! 

Just got new HP EliteBook X Flip G1i 14 inch Notebook Next Gen AI PC (B69E4ET). But one of ThunderBolt4 ports doesn't charge  device. All other features are fine dock is connected to the port and connected to two external monitors and ethernet , even in task bar i see that PC is plugged in, but battery level just go done. is it feature or bug? suggestions?
