Today, I opened my HP Envy x360 laptop and saw that the bottom right corner of the screen had popped out. I take good care of my laptop and always carry it with a protective cover. I also had not applied any pressure or dropped the computer before this. After reading this, it seems a common problem with HP, particularly the x360. It is unfortunate to see this factory error/defectiveness considering the price tag. It’s even more unfortunate that when I tried to get support, the only option besides these forum posts was monthly support subscriptions ranging from $20  to  $100- which I found to be both unsavory and unhelpful.
