I have sent my laptop to be repaired by HP one month ago as part of the warranty. The initial date for the laptop to be returned to me was 22nd of April.
However since then, they are just waiting for a missing part. This was a new laptop that I bought for university, without which I am having problems in studying and doing university work.
They claim that they cannot do anything except waiting, however I have already waited for more than 1 month.
I also asked to make a complaint to HP, and they told me someone would contact me in 24-48h so that I could submit the complaint. I was not contacted and can't find any other way to file the complaint.
What can I do? I've asked for the laptop to be replaced for a new one or for a temporary replacement while they wait for the missing components to repair my laptop, however they seem to not make any effort to find a solution. They just keep telling me to wait.
