@SRIDHARD11, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Big icons and mouse after starting the laptop
Turn off Fast Startup:
Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do.
Click Change settings.
Uncheck Turn on fast startup and save.
Update your graphics driver from the HP Support Assistant or HP website.
If icons look big, go to Display Settings > Scale and set to 100% or 125%.
Can’t sign in to Device Encryption
Make sure:
You are signed in with a Microsoft account.
TPM is enabled (Press Windows + R, type tpm.msc, press Enter).
The BitLocker Drive Encryption Service is running (services.msc).
Recall feature not working
Recall only works on Copilot+ PCs with Snapdragon X Elite or X Plus chips.
Your OmniBook uses Intel, so Recall is not supported.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hello,
Turning off fast-startup is solving this issue and this is since 24H2 update a common problem by especialy HP Spectre and Omnibook models.
I do not understand, why HP still not focusing on this problem and solve this issue with Microsoft together.
Why we as users of HP devices should turn off fast-startup to solve this issue ?
HP has to give more effort to solve the problem.
