Hi,
I've had problems with my HP Omen computer.
When updating Windows, it also updated the BIOS, and during the process, it crashed, the screen always froze on the same image and the update progress did not advance; I waited more than half an hour, but the process never finished.
I had to force the manual shutdown.
I want to try to recover the motherboard, trying to install the BIOS again from a bootable pendrive.
For this I need the BIOS file, which I can't find on the HP website.
According to the information I have, it is a computer,
OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop 875-0004np.
The product number is: 4ZJ26EA
And the last version of the BIOS that I had before the update was F26.
How could I access the website to download some drivers and also the last two BIOS files?
Thanks.
Greetings.

According to Google AI quote: " most, if not all, HP Omen motherboards will have a BIOS recovery mechanism, often implemented as a dedicated jumper or button on the board, allowing users to recover the BIOS even if it becomes corrupted; however, to confirm the exact location and functionality, you should always consult the specific motherboard manual for your particular Omen model. "
On my omen shire motherboard the jumper is numbered 5 and 6, identified as "BBR", and is adjacent to the M.2 Wi-Fi. Shorting it while powering up will flash the bios.
Unaccountably, I cannot find 4ZJ26EA nor the exact model "875-0004np" in the HP database.
Possibly, your system is the 875-1000 series
If you select windows 10 64 bit you will see about a dozen bios listed. I have no idea which one is correct. If you can restore the bios using that jumper, let me know the date and version and ROM ID of the default bios you restored.

Thanks BeemerBiker,
I am sending one of the few photos I have of the BIOS before the disaster.
It is in Spanish, but I think it is well understood.
The same thing happens to me when looking for information, manuals, drivers, etc. if I access the HP website and enter the serial number.
I hope there is some way to recover it through a jumper.
Thanks.
