Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Pavilion 21 All In One PC and I did a reset and factory reset it all but Bluetooth is not on there, when I type on the physical keyboard it DINGS when a letter should be being typed, very weird bc keyboard was working before the reset and even a lil while after. Can someone help me plz  I'm banging my head on the wall going crazy 😧

Another issue is I've looked everywhere for the Bluetooth spots, the HP helper or Microsoft help walked me through it. If anyone has any advice on how to get it updated and going please let me know because I can't figure it out. I'm not really that much of a wiz on computers but I know enough to get me by and this is one that's not going to let me get by. TIA Jewelee

Your machine does NOT have Bluetooth. It ONLY has 802.11B/802.11G/802.11N wifi adapter. It is an old machine, if you wish you can use USB BT dongle such as
