Hello guys! I have some weird troubles with my device )

First, I tried to update BIOS by network and after 50% installation, pc went to reload - may be anyone knows how to update it by this way?

Also, I tried to install new BIOS by usb flash but met new problem - it is BIOSes on the site by one large file, when are located all BIOSes, and my device wants BIOS only for it, 083EF.bin. May ne someone get this file or knows how to get it.

Will be appriciate for any help that will be finish my torments )
