HP SSD bough on Amazon and not be able to find warranty information

I bought HP SSD FX 9000 Pro M.2 4TB disk from Amazon. According to the label it has 5 YR Limited Warranty. I didn't verify the warranty after I got the product 1.5 years ago and now, I have problem with Disk, and I need help, and I can't   find the product warranty information. I am not sure if the product was fake or USA web site lookup issue for SSD Disks. I can't reach anyone with phone or email to ask help.

I am sucked. anyone from HP can answer what I can do to get support for this product.
