I am trying to cancel the HP Smart Friend Subscription. I have also been double-billed for this service.

 

I am caught in a seemingly endless loop of departments at HP.  I need to correct this and get HP to stop charging my credit card.

 

Is there some way to get through to the Smart Friend billing department

True - SmartFriend Support might not be available until tomorrow (regular Workday).

 

Perhaps wait and try again on Monday.
