Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I own an HP USB Business Slim Keyboard (Product Number 803181-001) and I've noticed that a particular key combination doesn't seem to be working: Left Shift + W + X. It doesn't matter what order I press the keys in. Another combination that doesn't work is using the left Alt + W + X. Using the right Shift key or of the right Alt key works just fine. This is a really strange problem as all the other key combinations seem to be working just fine.

 

Is this an issue with this keyboard model? Can it be fixed via downloading the right driver? I've already tried plugging in the keyboard to a different USB slot and it didn't work. The keyboard is also brand new so I don't think cleaning it would help.
