Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to help someone setup their new HP Z2 Mini G9 to their HDMI monitor using an HP USB-C Dock G5. The person I am trying to help only has an HDMI monitor, it does not have DIsplay Port abilities.  I cannot find definitive documentation that the Mini can handle an HDMI monitor, even with an HP dock.  Can someone please confirm whether or not it should work?  Thanks!
