Hi @Armen49, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To resolve issues with downloading applications and drivers from the HP support website on your OMEN by HP - 17-an040ur, try the following steps:

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, an overloaded cache or corrupted cookies can interfere with downloads. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then attempt the download again.

Try a Different Browser: If you're using a specific browser, it could be the cause of the issue. Try using a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge) to see if the issue persists.

Disable Browser Extensions: Some browser extensions (especially security-related ones) might block downloads. Try disabling extensions temporarily and check if it resolves the issue.

Use HP Support Assistant: Instead of downloading drivers manually from the website, try using HP Support Assistant. This app can automatically detect and install updates for your OMEN laptop. Download it from the official HP website if it's not already installed.

Check Your Internet Connection: A slow or intermittent internet connection can cause download failures. Try using a different network or ensure that your current one is stable.

Try Downloading from a Different Device: If possible, try accessing the HP support website from a different device (such as another laptop or desktop) to see if the issue is specific to your current device.

Disable Antivirus/Firewall Temporarily: Antivirus or firewall software can sometimes block downloads. Temporarily disable them, but be cautious and ensure you enable them again after troubleshooting.

Download from an Alternative Link: In case the specific page on the HP website is having issues, try finding the driver or application on a different HP page or in the product's support section.

Use the HP Recovery Manager: If the problem is specific to your laptop’s drivers or applications, you can use HP Recovery Manager to reinstall necessary software and drivers.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
