HP EliteBook 840 G5 Base Model Notebook PC

Using HP CMSL repo in offline mode running HPIA command line on model HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC, fails to install the Drivers as the system Exiting with exit code: 16384 which according to the hpia online reference manual is "16384 The reference file failed to open." which would be correct as cant find the file last tried HPIA supported models lists HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC Win11 22H2 updated 25/01/2025 Exception (Handled): C:\HPDrvs\REN00433\Repository\.repository\cache\83b2_64_11.0.cab is not available in offline repository, which is correct W11 v22H2 is supported and is in the repository only \Repository\.repository\cache\83b2_64_11.0.22h2.cab, so looks like HP logic syntax script issue log file Extracting content file 83b2_64_11.0.cab. If I rename that locally cached repo file 83b2_64_11.0.22h2.cab.cab to 83b2_64_11.0.cab as a test and re-run HPIA command, the driver install fine then, can you supply a fix for this issue please?

Anyone....anyone bueller?. can't seem to easily be able to log a call with HP Support as Hardware support is EOL, HP seem to be making it very difficult these days to contact them.

Note all other HP CMSL offline Repo models work fine, yes tried Re-syncing, just the HP Elitebook 840 G5, which is on  HP Image Assistant and Client Management Script Library Supported Platforms. If this is the wrong place to log thius then by all means someone be kind enough to point me in the right direction?
