Hi @Bryan177,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're thrilled to have you on board!
Thank you for sharing the pictures.
Based on what I can see inside your PC, it appears that the storage drive is either missing or not connected properly. I don’t see a hard drive or SSD installed in the usual slots. The loose cables visible suggest that the drive may have been removed or disconnected during shipping.
If your system originally had a 2.5" SATA hard drive or SSD, please check the drive bay and reconnect both the SATA data and power cables. If it had an M.2 NVMe SSD, the slot on the motherboard looks empty, which means the drive may have come loose or is missing and would need to be reinserted and secured with its screw.
If you cannot find the drive inside the case, then it may not have been included, and you would need to install a new SSD or HDD and reinstall Windows.
I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍✨
Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀
Best regards,
