Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15m-ed1013dx

My HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop has a broken hinge. After researching, it is obvious this is a common problem with this model. It is expensive to fix and since it not due to any type of misuse on my part, I do not feel I should have to pay for it. I feel that HP should have provided a fix for it's customers for this common flaw. Will you please escalate my concern to the appropriate party? Thank you
