How do I add paper to my subscription?

 would like to add the paper option to my subscription but cannot figure out how to do it.  The help section says to sign in then go to the account page.  I do not see anything that says account or account page once I sign in.

Kindly follow these steps:

Kindly log in to your Instant Ink account.

1. Click on Instant Ink.

2. And then Overview

3. Click on 'paper add-on in the top right side.
