How [edied] do I contact HP support about my hp account?

I can't change the email on my hp.com account.  I can't create a new account and just delete the old account.  There's no place, and I've been looking for an hour, on HP's web site to actually call a person.

To update your email address on your HP account, follow these steps:

1. Go to MyAccount, and click Sign In. Enter your account credentials.
2. Click Account, then Profile in the left menu, and then select Update Security Settings.
3. Make the updates you need, and click Apply Changes.
4. A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. Open this email and click Confirm email address.
