I have windows 11 installed on my laptop but need to create partitions  to separate system or programs files and working data and personal working files so need guidance as to whether that is possible and if yes how it is to be done?

If possible you can watch the following video, but remember if you have an SSD disk these disks degrade their performance when they are partitioned in two disk
