HP SSD

I purchased an HP SSD from Amazon. It has  a 3 year warranty. It is only 2 years old and it has died. How can I get warranty service. The automated warranty service does not recognize SSD driver serial numbers. Calling the support number does not work either as the support people offer a phone number to a company that has nothing to do with HP SSDs, or they give an email address (support@multipoint.com) that is bounced back as undeliverable.

How can I get HP to honor their warranty? Any help is much appreciated.

For anyone else who has had this problem: I purchased an HP SSD from Amazon. It has a 3 yr warranty. AFter 2 years it completely failed. It was impossible to get warranty support through HP. I tried calling and got the number to a place that does not have anything to do with HP SSDs. I was given an email address that bounced back as undeliverable. (support -at- multipoint.com)
I asked questions here, and was told to go through the support channel, but that does not work.

Here is what DID work - I contacted the seller through Amazon's website (tried to do so directly, but the email was bounced and non-existent). The same day they responded, and after a couple of emails back and forth, they promptly sent an RMA and offered a replacement. The company is   BIWIN Tech.
So, if you bought a drive through Amazon from this reseller, they will honor the warranty.
