Microsoft Windows 11

I recently bought an OmniDesk AI PC M03-0054 from best buy. I have hooked 2 monitors to the Intel Graphics ports HDMI and Display Port. The computer does not recognize the second monitor. How do i turn on the functionality of the 2 port to use 2 monitors with this computer?

Old school said we had to use one digital port and one analog port for TWO displays. Now things may change. Please try clone mode on the following Guide

I did not want clone mode but there is an option for extended desktop. I navigated to that guide for a possible solution. Method 1 was not a solution because it suggests to select under multiple displays option "extend". There is no extend option on this computer. There is a button to "detect other displays" but this only comes back with the reply of "didn't find another display".

Method 2 was also not a solution. it suggest to navigate to display in the Intel Graphics Command Center and click the 3 dots on the primary display. There are no 3 dots on the primary display. Once again there is a detect button but once again "no ther display has been detected".

i have tried the second monitor on the HDMI port and it also works on that port. I think the display port needs to be turned on somehow but i don't see any settings. I have 2 monitors that are HDMI. One monitor is plugged into the HDMI port and the other i have a HDMI to Display Port cable.

Which end do you plug this cable ? Remove the first monitor, can your machine see the second monitor ?

I had unplugged the hdmi cable and monitor, rebooted and the monitor hooked to DP connected. I then plugged in HDMI and both monitors came on. I guess order of connection matters.
