Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Worked perfectly (Sound) prior to replacing the Hard Drive, appears to have lost the set up files for Audio Services!!

Your PC has the IDT audio chip not the Realtek one.

 

Your PC is also not supported for W10 by HP so there are no W10 drivers for your PC.

 

The good news is that normally installing this IDT audio driver from a newer model AIO PC will get the audio to work.

 

Tempo High-Definition Audio Driver (Original IDT)

 

6.10.6504.0

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe 

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.
