It's an HP Laptop.  I have the Serial # and Model #.  Is there a place I can source this cord?  Thank you folks!

If you enter the notebook's product number (not the model number) in the search window at the link below, it will provide a parts list with the power adapter part number it uses.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

Then you can go on eBay search by the HP power adapter part number and find a used but tested and working genuine HP power adapter.

 

Those usually come with the power cords that go from the wall socket to the adapter.
