The noise starts irregularly right after booting. It’s driving me crazy because it keeps occurring. I opened the case since it sounded like a hard drive reading noise, but even after disconnecting the HDD, the sound persisted. After checking everything, I found that the noise is coming from the PSU.

What’s strange is that when I run the CPU + Power Test in OCCT, there’s absolutely no noise under full load, but as soon as the test ends, the noise starts again, just like in the video.

This system is a brand-new model (i7-14700F + RTX 4080 Super) purchased recently as a clearance item. Is this abnormal, or is it an initial noise that will gradually go away over time? I’ve used many computers before, but it’s the first time I’ve heard such a persistent noise coming from a PSU.
