You have to use your friend or relative machine to create installation media (USB) and install to your machine. Did your machine run Windows 11 before otherwise you have to but a Windows 11 license key otherwise this won't work.

Yes i had windows 11 before and i have The Original License Products Key also i have USB And in this flash drive i have Windows Installation Media what shoulda i do let me repeat this i think the problem with the bios can you tell me the settings that related to Windows 11 installation
