I purchase a laptop model HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J6AV) Serial number Edited, I report a failure with this laptop on April 2025 and the box that was send by HP, was send to the incorrect department, after searching for the BOX I send it to be repair the laptop stay with HP for 4 months and the laptop was return to me on August 6, 2025 and was not repair, I call last week to support line and open a case to explain the situation to a supervisor to provide the service and explain the case and they mention to me that receive a call from HP supervisor from customer support (no call from HP).The tech also mention that I call and place a note to return the laptop and no repair was require, that is a Lie, after one hour the tech told me that someone will call me and not one did. I am very mad of the service that HP provide to me because i did everything prior to the end of the warranty, all the cases that I report are on the history of the serial number provided. I am very disappointed of this service. call me 6196908286, I will wait for your response...
that had a extended warranty of 3 years and was ending on May 2025, I report the same that I report on 2024 you can see all the Kardex cases reported previously. but the main
