HP EliteOne 800 G5 23.8-inch All-in-One

There is a problem with the WIFI driver. New driver cannot be installed because the old driver cannot be removed. The WIFI card in the PC has not been working for a few weeks. It is an Intel Wireless AC-9560 and only Ethernet is visible in the Windows settings, not WIFI. The WIFI card is labelled as an error message in the device manager: The error message reads
‘This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1) The system cannot find the specified file. Click ‘Update Driver’ to find a driver for this device.’

When I try to update the driver, the following error message appears:
‘Windows encountered a problem while installing the drivers for your device. Windows has found drivers for the device, but an error occurred during installation.occurred during installation. lntel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz. The system cannot find the specified file.’

Other attempts to install the driver, after downloading from Intel, via HP support centre, via direct installation etc. do not work. My question is:

1. is there a way to completely uninstall the old drivers and reinstall the network card with the latest driver?

2. I could probably remove the WIFI card from the device and install a new one. Can I find out which WIFI adapter is compatible with the motherboard and PCI connector? If I were to install a new card, I can use a WIFI6 card from Intel. Can anyone tell me exactly which WIFI6 card can be installed in my PC. I can't find any compatibility lists myself.
