The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the latest driver directly from the Intel website:

 

Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*

I've tried that but it crashes everytime I try to install!

Then the only other suggestion I can offer would be to use the W10 driver from your notebook's support page.
