My internal camera was not working so I Went to the windows troubleshooting page. I followed all of the instructions. The last instruction was to uninstall the camera drivr in the device manger. I did this and now I can not find a driver for my OS, Windows 11 version 25H2.

I recommend checking the manufacturer's website for the latest drivers compatible with your HP camera and Windows 11. Follow these steps to find and install the appropriate camera driver:
 

Visit the HP Official Website:
 

Identify Your Product:
 

  • Use the "Identify your product for faster access" feature by entering your model number if you know it. Alternatively, you can use the automated tool provided on the website to detect your product details.

Navigate to the Drivers Section:
 

  • Once your device is identified, look for the "Drivers & Software" section.

Find the Camera Driver:
 

  • Under the list of available drivers, look for the camera or webcam drivers.
  • Make sure to select the version that matches your Windows 11 version 25H2.

Download the Latest Driver:

 

Install the Driver:
 

  • Open the downloaded driver file and follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
  • Restart your computer after the installation is completed.

Verify the Camera Functionality:
 

  • After the reboot, check if the camera is functioning.
  • Open the Camera app to see if the video feed is working.
